PayPal Now Available in the Philippines. Thought not yet 100% fully functional, at least it’s a good start. Read more at the Paypal for the Philippines Blog

As of today, October 12th, 2006, PayPal is available in the Philippines. This is only on a limited basis, though, since users from the Philippines could only use PayPal to pay for transactions online.

Users are also limited to sending up to $100 unless one verifies using a credit or debit card.
