Internet Map of the World
The Chris Harrison project created a series of maps that illustrate the geographical structure and distribution of the Internet around the world. At the site you can view a global, geo-spatial map of the global internet. View the World Internet Map.
A lot of observations can be made by just gleaning at the map.
1. South Korea is completely lit up compared to North Korea is completely dark.
2. No internet on south and north pole
3. Seems really dark around China.
4. Japans has faster speed than the US.
Interesting how the map shows the country’s progress.
